Ho-Ho-Ho!!!

Well, our Princess Stinky Pants is officially terrified of Santa Claus, or "Ho-Ho-Ho" as she likes to call him.
With that being said, this opened up quite a unique opportunity for our Christmas Card design this year, and I decided to take FULL advantage of it!

The pictures were taken by Cassi Batchelor with Sassafras Photography. You can check out her awesome work at www.sassafrasphotography.com.

The poses were ALL stictly courtesy of Stinky-Doodle-Dandy. We just pieced them together for an AWESOME card! Here is a peek:

Merry Christmas 2009

I LOVE it! The cards were a big hit this year. I guess I need to go ahead and get busy trying to come up with something for NEXT year's card!

Here are a few other pictures from our Christmas shoot. I hope you enjoy!

The Pink Pig

An Atlanta Tradition!

A big THANKS to my friend Dodi for making us venture out past Gwinnett and go to visit The Pink Pig at Lennox Mall! Princess Stinky Pants had a very good time and stared in awe at all of the pink lights and mirrors all around her. It really was a cute idea and may have to become a tradition in our household as well!

Gettin' Our Wiggle On!

THE WIGGLES!!!

Oh, how Stinky just LOVES The Wiggles! We only have one Wiggles video, and we watch it over and over and over, continue indefinitely.

I actually don't mind The Wiggles. I don't find them irritating at all and watching the little Stink-sta-roni while she watches the videos is probably one of my favorite things to do in this whole wide world. It can pull me out of a bad mood in an instant. She smiles and laughs and claps and dances at all of the same parts every time. It just doesn't get old to her.

Stinky Pants thinks that it is just absolutely hysterical when Jeff Wiggle falls asleep. She follows true Wiggle directions and always yells at him to "Wake Up Jeff", but it actually come out sounding more like "Day Dum Biff." Hey whatever, he wakes up so I'm not going to schedule any speech therapy just yet!

SO, I got this bright idea to take little Stinky Butt to SEE The Wiggles in Concert. We invited a very good friend of mine and her little stinky boy to come along with us as our dates! What fun! The kids were so cute together. They held hands with each other on the long walk to and from the car. Neither one of them weighed enough to keep the stadium seats from folding back up on them, so they would sit together in one seat. All in all, we had a great time. My only complaint is that they should really plan the show at an earlier time in the day because I didn't realize until we were sitting there that a 1:30 pm show was RIGHT SMACK DAB IN THE MIDDLE OF NAP TIME! What are they thinking? Oh that's right...they sold $9.00 beers...THAT'S what they are thinking!

What's So Stinkin' Funny?

This was one of those moments that went on and on for about 20 minutes and was just too adorable to not grab the camera for. Lucky for me the camera is waterproof so I was able to get this video clip without any worries. However, I enjoyed watching and listening to the little Stinky Butt do this so much that I wouldn't have cared if the camera was waterproof or not. This shot was THAT worth it!

Make sure your speakers are turned on.
And... I double dog dare you to try and not laugh at this!

So, what do you think that the Stinkster thought was so funny? Was it the splashing, or was it the fact that I was sitting across from her in the bathtub? I certainly know which one of those two things makes ME laugh hysterically!

Playing "Bay-Bay"

Ah, playing "Bay-Bay", or simply "Baby" as we all know it. This is the Stinkster's favorite thing to do! She will play "Bay-Bay" for hours! Most of the time she plays "Bay-Bay" with her Cabbage Patch Kid doll, little Sydney Leilani, but at other times she likes to actually BE the "Bay-Bay." I don't mind. I would actually like to keep her small as my little "Bay-Bay" forever.

Two Babies Under The Age of Two

YIKES!

Everyone always warns you to be VERY careful and make sure that you never end up with two babies under the age of two. Evidently I did not heed this warning with great attention, because alas, I am now the mommy of two babies under the ago of two.

Meet: Trigger Lee
AKA: The King of Poop
Breed: Boston Terrier
Born: August 23, 2009
Died: Coming Very Soon (If The Poop Explosions Do Not Stop)

Stinky just LOVES being a big sister, but I think that this is going to have to hold her over for a while. I just don't think we could handle three under the age of three!

Say No To...Ice Cream?

Good Lord! What is wrong with me? First I encourage the addition of a puppy to our family, and then I allow Stinky to have a chocolate ice cream cone? What a Stinking Mess! Mommyhood has turned me into a softy!

A Spooktacular Halloween!

We had a great Halloween that was jam-packed with all sorts of Spooktacular fun!

At daycare, a "Parade of Costumes" was held on Friday, the day before Halloween. This is where all of the children got to walk around and around the center showing off whatever little costumes their parents had forced them to wear that year! The hubbs and I were able to leave work early and go and walk our little Stink-Sta-Roni around for it. We had so much fun watching all of the sweet little kids proudly march around. They were all so adorable!

Evidently all of my constant Internet searching for the most hysterical costume paid off, because Princess Stinky Pants was crowned QUEEN STINKY at daycare for the costume contest! Ah, a first place prize of a tuition credit put on our account made for a good Halloween indeed!

Next on our Halloween fun list was a stop to see Mimi at the church's Fall Festival. The Stinkster was SO excited when she walked in a saw her! Stinky got to eat pizza and cookies, play in a ball pit, jump in a bounce-house, wear balloon animal hats, and she even won the ice cream walk! (although, it may have had something to do with the fact that her Aunt B was the one working the ice cream walk!)

It was a busy, busy Friday, but we had so much fun and were so happy that we got to spend time with our family.

On Halloween, we invited a couple of little Stinky's friends over to play. Imagine...a house filled with 3 Stinky Girls! They were fun to watch and they all played really well together. After playing, we had a Halloween inspired dinner, which consisted of Mummy Dogs, Monster Mouths, Goblin Fingers, Candy Corn Off the Cob, and Spider Cupcakes. Yums! The food turned out really cute, but if you ask the hubbs he will tell you that my need for perfection almost caused a divorce! And wouldn't you know it, with all of the excitement going on not a single one of the 3 Stink-Amigos ate more than a couple of bites!

After dinner, it was time for Trick-Or-Treating! The hubbs had worked very hard at creating a little hay ride for the girls to be pulled around the neighborhood on. They got to Trick-Or-Treat in true style! I wish that the weather had been better, but I can assure you that the smiles could not have been any bigger!

I am already looking forward to doing it again next year. Do you have a little Stinky? Well, bring 'em on over for some Spooktacular Fun!

Hairbow Junkie

I took this picture a while back, but I just came across it while I was downloading pictures from my camera.

Princess Stinky Pants had found a bag of her hair bows. She brought the bag to me and handed me a hair bow to put in her hair for her. Once I had clipped it into place, she handed me another. This went on and on until there were no more hair bows left in the bag.

I think it is funny that she wants her hair to look so pretty, when I am lucky if I even find the time to get to brush mine!

Proud as a Peacock!

It's almost time for Halloween! Do you know what that means?

It means that it is time for me to search and scour the Internet for the most ridiculous and embarrassing costume that I can possibly find to dress my little Stinky Pants in, and I do actually believe that I have outdone myself this year!

Look at our little Stinky-Doodle all dressed up strutting her stuff as a proud peacock!

Isn't this the most hysterical thing that you have ever seen?! I can't wait to see her walking around the neighborhood in this on Halloween night! Stay tuned for more pictures!

I have to send a BIG thank you to an old friend of mine, Cassi Bennett Batchelor, for taking such wonderful Halloween pictures of our Stinky. I couldn't be happier with the way that they turned out! If you ever need a photographer, then you should seriously think about giving her a call. She is so easy to work with and you can see that she does wonderful work. Check out additional pictures of our little Stinky and many other beautiful children who Cassi has photographed on her website: http://www.sassafrasphotography.com/. I promise you that she will not disappoint!

Argh, Fakey!

Poor little Stinky had to have her shots last week. She got one in each leg and they were shot straight into the muscle. Poor, pitiful Stinkster.

I know that it had to hurt her. I am not denying her of that. But, that little rascal milked it for all she could. When we got home she spent the whole rest of the night walking around like she had a wooden pirate peg leg! What a faker!

Beenie-Weenie's Are Good for the Heart, The More You Eat Them...

Hmmm...I guess you can see where the theme of this post is going!

Tommy was gone hunting this past weekend, so it was just me and the little Stink-sta-roni at home together. We settled into the big comfy bed together for a little television and snuggle time. Next thing I know, we are both asleep.
(Yeah, yeah...that sounds good...let's go with this story...snuggle time, fell asleep on accident...because of course I would NEVER let the little Stinkster sleep in the bed with us on PURPOSE!)

So anyway, here we are both asleep for the night...Well, that is until around 2:30 am when I feel a little hand gently tapping my cheek, summoning me to awake. I slowly open my eyes and find my little Stinky wide-eyed and sitting up on her knees. She squirmed in closer to me and that is when she...

LET 'ER RIP!

FOUR, BIG, LOUD TIMES

RIGHT IN A ROW...

AND THEN SHE...

LAUGHED HYSTERICALLY!!!

AND THEN SHE...

LAID RIGHT BACK DOWN AND WENT RIGHT BACK TO SLEEP!!!

Seriously, who IS this kid and WHERE did she come from?!

...SHE IS OUR PRINCESS STINKY PANTS!
(and well, she came from her DAD!)

Fall and Festivals...

AHHHH...I LOVE the Fall Season and I love going to Festivals.

The cool breeze, the funnel cakes, the crafts, the funnel cakes, the fresh air, the funnel cakes!

Princess Stinky Pants seems to enjoy going to festivals too, and I am so glad because she has a very important job to do while we are there...

She is the holder of the sacred Kettle Corn!
Wow, what a difference a year makes!

The Ride Home

The Stinkster and I caught a ride home from work today with the hubbs. I love these carpooling days, because it gives me time talk to my two favorite people while not having to focus on keeping the car on the road. Plus, I adore being able to turn around and look at my precious little Stinky-Cheeks!

So, picture me just a talkin' to the Stinkster.

I was telling her all about my day.
I was singing to her.
I was telling her how beautiful I think that she is.

And, then I turned around to smile at her.
THIS is what I saw staring back at me...

What a Little Stinky Butt!
