A Spooktacular Halloween!

We had a great Halloween that was jam-packed with all sorts of Spooktacular fun!

At daycare, a "Parade of Costumes" was held on Friday, the day before Halloween. This is where all of the children got to walk around and around the center showing off whatever little costumes their parents had forced them to wear that year! The hubbs and I were able to leave work early and go and walk our little Stink-Sta-Roni around for it. We had so much fun watching all of the sweet little kids proudly march around. They were all so adorable!

Evidently all of my constant Internet searching for the most hysterical costume paid off, because Princess Stinky Pants was crowned QUEEN STINKY at daycare for the costume contest! Ah, a first place prize of a tuition credit put on our account made for a good Halloween indeed!

Next on our Halloween fun list was a stop to see Mimi at the church's Fall Festival. The Stinkster was SO excited when she walked in a saw her! Stinky got to eat pizza and cookies, play in a ball pit, jump in a bounce-house, wear balloon animal hats, and she even won the ice cream walk! (although, it may have had something to do with the fact that her Aunt B was the one working the ice cream walk!)

It was a busy, busy Friday, but we had so much fun and were so happy that we got to spend time with our family.

On Halloween, we invited a couple of little Stinky's friends over to play. Imagine...a house filled with 3 Stinky Girls! They were fun to watch and they all played really well together. After playing, we had a Halloween inspired dinner, which consisted of Mummy Dogs, Monster Mouths, Goblin Fingers, Candy Corn Off the Cob, and Spider Cupcakes. Yums! The food turned out really cute, but if you ask the hubbs he will tell you that my need for perfection almost caused a divorce! And wouldn't you know it, with all of the excitement going on not a single one of the 3 Stink-Amigos ate more than a couple of bites!

After dinner, it was time for Trick-Or-Treating! The hubbs had worked very hard at creating a little hay ride for the girls to be pulled around the neighborhood on. They got to Trick-Or-Treat in true style! I wish that the weather had been better, but I can assure you that the smiles could not have been any bigger!

I am already looking forward to doing it again next year. Do you have a little Stinky? Well, bring 'em on over for some Spooktacular Fun!
